Raul has been my go to for 3 of my families cars for years.
The delay in 2 recalled parts resulting in me not having my brand new car for 2 month. Tom did everything in his power to help me deal with the stress of not having the car I wanted but one that was a loner. He updated me as often as he could n would answer my questions with patience n understanding. I picked up my car today and am very appreciative of Tom to have taken the time to make sure that I got a clean car back… m rather particular about cleanliness! Appreciate his help in this very stressful n frustrating experience. Thanks Tom!!
The only thing is I wish I would of known you were backed up from the previous day before I came . I would of planned for it .I had to leave my car all day till 5pm . And I wasn’t able to get what I originally came in for which was my stereo because I would of had to leave my car an additional day . Now I have to reschedule for another day . Which is a big inconvenience.
I am always so relieved that I can call Tom when something goes wrong. He always answers me right away. I have continued to buy Volkswagen EXCLUSIVELY because of him. I’m so grateful of how well he has taken care of me all these years. It means the world and he keeps my car all tuned up and safe. Thank you so much Tom!!!
Thomas was great. I just bought a used VW Passat. There was a odd rattle during acceleration. He and the engine tech figured out what it was and got it fixed quickly. It drives great. Thanks.
Overall happy with service and service advisor. Disappointed that the car was not washed. This used to be part of the service. Why stop?
Thomas was kind, personable and clearly communicated the status of the repair at all times. In addition, he was able to fit my service into the busy schedule and reduce the expected wait time by 1/2. Pleased with my experience and would recommend these repair services to anyone!

Raul was good about communicating the bad news…but diagnosis was supposed to happen Thursday afternoon. It didn’t happen until Saturday. It turns out a clamp screw was missing on a hose. I got my car back on Tuesday. It shouldn’t take five working days and $160 to replace a screw. I was told I could get an update from Tom or someone else if I wanted an update on Saturday (Raul’s day off); called Tom for an update but he said I had to talk with Raul. Repeat on Monday.
Thomas was very friendly and easy to understand technical car mechanics. I appreciated his good nature.
Had an appointment, Waited 2 hours and when I returned was told they were too busy and it would be another 3 hours. 5 hours for an oil change is unacceptable. When I made the appointment (for 10am) I informed them that I had to be done by 2 so I can pick my kids up from school and I was told that wouldn’t be. Problem. but, they weren’t able to honor that so I took my car and left without service. I don’t think I will return again - I am limited on time and took the time off work this morning and today was wasted. Now I have to take off work another day to get this done, very disappointed.
