I wasn’t too thrilled that my wheel had lube dripping onto it. Probably about 4 fl oz of lube on the rim that wasn’t wiped or anything.

Don’t lie to clients about how long the service will take. Get your own shuttle and stop using Lyft. Their cars are filthy and disgusting. I will not use your dealership again. Horrible experience.
