My car was not ready for pick up. I had to leave it there. The good thing was that a loaner was given to me. The bad thing was that I was told to go put gas in the car since it needed to be at the same level when it was loaned. It’s not a rental car. It’s a loaner because they didn’t have my car ready. I shouldn’t be responsible for the gas.

11/20 around 10:45am was my service date here and Raul and staff was amazing from the service techs (unfortunately didn’t get names ) but who greeted me as I pulled up to the gentleman sending my car to leave. . The guys were great !!! Raul was very knowledgeable and understanding and the guys updated me as I waited.. will definitely be back !!!!

I received my car uncleaned back. A pant is found on the back seat. In time of COVID is unacceptable after big repair ( engine changed). I don’t know if the engine is really changed after a look at it. Generally I don’t see anything is done.
From Internet it costs around $200 to fix the EPC problem. There are a lot of work to do for changing the engine as I see it.
