I’ve been a customer for almost 4 years now. Every time I have come in Thomas has been rude and belittling. Every time i always leave upset. The past few times i just ignored it because I liked the service i got from the person who i bought my car from and Raul. Today I came into my appointment which i booked and Oil change for and Thomas had told me i was booked for the other services that i didn’t book. I ended up getting the additional services because he had urged me to get them and I asked how long it was going to be since i had only planned for an oil change. He said rudely that i had to be patient because he was sending his guys to lunch and i had to understand what’s going on, on their back end. I left the dealership super upset, and i’m shocked that as a customer i was even talked to like that as a customer. this isn’t my first issue with thomas. after my service he had changed my light for me no charge, which i really appreciated but it did not make up for the numerous times of being treated poorly. Im not sure if it is because i’m a young and he doesn’t think my service is as important as other customers. I drive all the way from Long Beach knowing that there is a Volkswagen service near me just because I am a loyal customer, and i trust that they won’t mess my car up but after today’s service i will no longer be returning.

The requested service was not completed.. my rear lift gate is still closing partially and has hit my head twice.. the engine is still producing abnormal amounts of residue and over amount of condensation don’t know if it’s oil or running too rich or if something is leaking internally?
Also on restart after auto engine stop the car lunges forward, not safe..
