My car was returned to me extremely dirty. It looked like it was left outside and makes me question the work done on the vehicle when it is given back in such a state.

Thomas did what he could. But, I needed a replacement key for my 2017 Jetta and I was originally told it would be one or two days (typical). After towing the car to the dealership I was later told there was a 10-12 day lead time (unusual).

I was told to bring my car in the night before service so I could have it back in the morning at least by 12pm. Instead when I called at approximately 10:30 am was told that there were issues with scheduling and Earliest car would be ready at 2:00pm. At 1:40 I called to see what was going on was told that car needed additional part and they weren’t sure it was in stock. Never was told that could be an issue up until last minute. Then all of a sudden the part was found and was ready in 15 minutes after I made it clear that this was unacceptable. Not my first bad experience with this service department. I would take my car elsewhere if it wasn’t so far to do so.
