Main reason for appointment was to fix the vanity light when I came to your store last week. I was never informed that the part was not there when I brought the car in. I received a call from you in the evening that oil change and tire rotation was completed. But the vanity light was not fixed. I will have to bring the car back again when the part will be available. Now it may take another several hours for me to bring the car in and wait. I did not hear any commitment from service when I picked up the car. Extremely disappointed. I may have to write to VW corporate office to get the resolution. By the way I was handed the car with back window completely covered with the due with no visibility in the back. I had to run the car with defroster for a while till window cleared up. I am very unhapppy with your service department.

My car was a total loss, in process. I am interested in an Atlas or Electric ID4. Lease or purchase 10k down and 36o lease. ATLAS V6 4 wheel drive towing quad seats moon roof prefer orange or red leather highlights.
As always Tom is and was great. Scheduling is an issue with Norm Reeves which should get back on track next year when labor isnt in short supply
As I had indicated in my earlier feedback, Raul misrepresented on the invoice what I had requested. He failed to follow the maintenance contract, as well as VW representations about the maintenance plan. I was so stressed that my husband had to pick up the car for me.
The nicest people I’ve ever met work at your dealership. They obviously like their jobs. Very rare to have that good of an experience taking my car in for service. I was in for service last year and had the same impression. I’m very happy bringing my car here.
I wish the dealership can wash the car as part of the service performed on the vehicle like many other dealerships in Irvine. Other than that I’m satisfied with the service experience.
I had been dealing with an ongoing, frustrating issue with my car for MONTHS. Finally, working with Raul, I was able to get it resolved. It should not have taken so many attempts but it is finally fixed and my car drives like new without the faulty part. I credit Raul and his manager with the repair because he finally listened to me and worked with me to get to the bottom of the problem.
Raul got me in and out quickly. His service was excellent. Kept me updated throughout the process and made everything seamless!
Thomas was very helpful, transparent, and able to communicate the issues very well. He answered all of my questions and helped me understand the diagnosis and repair. Helped troubleshoot and listened even during the very busy week and kept me updated on status. Definitely would want more Thomases at the service counters.
