We heard absolutely nothing for a day and a half. We had to call in and were treated without professionalism or kindness. He said he would have a different manager call us back and it did not happen. We had to call five times to get a response. Then we found out that he only had the car looked at for one of the issues--the one that was covered by warranty was ignored and the part was not ordered for 2 more days because we had to complain. We were told that a crack in the interior part of the grille was caused by us hitting a"rock or something" even though there was clearly no impact site. The crack is internal and has caused damage to the front impact sensor, which prevents my personal safety. They asked for $1600 to fix it and claimed there was no way they would miss that upon inspection of the vehicle when they sold it to us. However, one of the air vents was not blowing out any air at all and the visor clip on the driver's side was completely broken off--very obvious things that should have been noticed and fixed before the vehicle was sold to us. Thus, we just took our car back--our used car that we bought from you just in November. We have had nothing but problems with it from day one and our next step is to go the better business bureau, social media, and retain our family lawyer to handle the rest of our problems with this car, unless of course, someone can make this right.
