As usual Tom took care of me. I have built a relationship with him over the last 10 years because he is attentive to the customer's needs and requests and he is responsible. In the past I had some problems with less than acceptable work by mechanics. Tom made sure the problem got fixed every time. He is a great asset to your dealership and represents you well in front of the customer. I always make my appointments with Tom. He even me get the right certified pre-owned vehicle which I bought from you. And I'll probably buy my next VW from you as well, largely because I know Tom advises me well when I ask all my technical questions (I am a fastidious engineer).

Very impressed with service. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable team from start to finish. Efficient process and comfortable waiting area. Much more impressive service than experience at nearby VW dealership in the past.

The problem was not fixed , after driving yeh car out to check dealership the rattle /noise from underneath the car was still there , even when told they heard a faint noise ! A faint noise is still a noise , on a brand new car there should be no noise /rattle no matter how loud or “faint” noise I have since been told it could be the axle ! Now that is not a “faint “ problem !

I have serviced my 4 VW cars at your place last 11 years. I have always trusted Thomas and considered him the best. However, I was disappointed this time with overall experience. My car was there for one full week waiting for parts. The 24 point inspection showed no nails in my right front tire. I was told I could pick up my car on 2/16 as it was all done. No mention of nail in tire. When I showed up to pick up the car on 2/17, there was a nail according to Thomas. I suspect the nail may have come from your service department as it was not there a week ago when 24 point inspection was done. The car was in your facility all week long. I have to waste another $190 to replace the tire. This is very suspicious. I am terribly disappointed and will not take my 3 VW back to your store for service anymore. I just have a sour taste about this experience
