I am so pleased with my experience with the service department today. Nathaniel was very professional and courteous through the whole transaction. My initial goal was to get an oil change but Nathaniel gave me update on my tire condition on how they were wearing and the need for new tires. I am so grateful for the service and excellent price.

Rotating tires and an oil change = 3 hrs. Indy has those same moves down to 30 seconds.! I think my car runs good because of VW parts and service technicians. But TIME matters.

I bought in 2020 and have had to bring in my Tiguan for service and maintenance several times. Every time Raul has been there to assist me and he has done a really good and professional job. He is easy to communicate with, accommodating, and makes getting the car serviced not feel like a hassle or inconvenience. I greatly appreciate all his help and he should be an example to other service reps all across VW. Make sure you take good care of him and retain him.

Great service on time and very friendly
Raul and your service team are some of the most professional and caring people that I have come across. But sadly, the quality of your cars are not what they used to be. This is my 12th VW and my 9th lease w VW credit. My car is only 4 weeks old and I already experienced issues with it. The infotainment screen is broken and even after having the car there for a week, the part had not arrived.
