Fast service and well done job.
Dropped car off early in the morning. At the end of the day, I was notified that the part needed was on back order and did not know when it would be available. There was about a 10 delay from when I made the appointment and when the appointment was available. I was told it was ok to drive the car for a few days but to limit my driving. Now it seems I’ll be waiting a bit of time for the part to arrive but was still assured that the car was safe to drive and there would be no damage to the car. Based on the two comments, I’m confused if it’s really safe to drive.
My car was damaged at the dealership today and the part installed was not installed correctly. Raul is helping to correct the situation.
I give 10/10 for Rau’s service for the past 6 years, including the service today. Will be with Norm Reeves as long as my family owns the GTI.
I guess the service was good. I’m not happy that they can’t find what’s wrong with my new car. I hope this isn’t a lemon.
Raul is great! Love that he has been the service manager since I purchased my car almost 2 years ago. He is friendly and gets things done. He got me a Lyft to and from my house while my car was being serviced. All issues were resolved. Thank you Raul & service team.
