Thanks again to Nate, and all the staff at Norm Reeves VW. We were disappointed that we had an issue with our brand new VW Tiguan that put it out of service for weeks while waiting on parts but Nate did his best to help us while we waited to get our car back.
Our disappointment is with VW however, not Norm Reeves, as we feel VW should do better at keeping their new cars on the road and out of the shop. We feel fortunate that we had the issue close to home and not while on a trip - which we had planned to do around the time the car ended up in the shop.
We will definitely be back to Norm Reeves VW for our maintenance needs.

Unfortunately the squeaking brake problem on the 2022 Atlas is something that VW hasn’t solved. Original brake pads shouldn’t squeak with 2k miles. How is VW corporate going to address this issue? In my 44 years of driving automobiles, I’ve never had a vehicle with this problem. Perhaps VW needs to find a new brake pad supplier!
