Things went well with the 30,000 service even though the car only has 22,160 miles? Raul said since the car is 3 years old it needs it and I trust Raul. The windshield nick from the rock was not bad the window guy said . I will let the Windshield Protection Company know so they mark it on my contract. Thank you

I had this comment last year as well, but I think that people who purchase service plans should not be paying $25 for a tire rotation. That’s the definition of getting nickel and dimed and VW is the only dealer where I’ve had to pay for this with it not a part of standard service.

Ii have leased 5 vws there and they used rotat the wheels and wash the car when I bought it in for it’s 10,000 mile tune up!! But i was told you no longer do that!! I was very disappointed!!!
