your website says that express service is available for things like oil changes etc. so I went last Friday early first thing in the morning to get a oil change, and was told that you no longer offer express service. So then II made an appointment for today for an oil change , tire repair and rotation and to handle a couple of items on recall. When I arrived I was told that you no longer do tire repair. That your website still listed but it has not been updated and they no longer offer that service. When I got my form showing all of the services that I was going to do as well as additional services available to me should I need them tire repair is still listed I put it out to the gentleman and he said that they would pass it on to upper management but that the GM has been sick so he hasn’t been able to take care of it. Unfortunately the visit took quite a bit longer than I had expected which I understand can’t be controlled, but when I asked my service tech why it was going longer than expected he explained that I didn’t “ bring my car in until 10 AM and everyone needed to take a lunch break and it was hot outside”. He knew all of those things when I dropped off my car and was given a different time. Those kind of excuses feel combative and not customer service based. Then on my receipt, they check the areas where my car has been looked at by your staff, they indicate they checked all my tires and see no nails, but there is a nail in one of my tires which is why I wanted it repaired. They also indicate that there is no chip in my windshield which there is so it just leads me to believe that nobody actually checked anything because two very minor things that are very easy to see were completely left off your visual inspection of my car. I normally go to South Coast VW, but I tried norm reeves because you had a quicker appointment available for me and it seemed like your scheduling was a little bit more flexible, unfortunately the service at South Coast VW is just better their communication is better and even though it would’ve taken me longer to get in, they have always been on time as they say they’re going to be and they truly do seem to look over my car in a much more detailed level

After years of horrible service experiences at Timmons, I finally had to write a letter to Aaron Dalley at VW Corp and the owner of Timmons this past weekend, when over the course of 24 hours, three different service people there gave me four different quotes for the same service. I decided to call around to other dealerships in the area and had the best experience thus far on the phone with Thomas and Nate. Today, I brought my car in for service and every person that helped me at Norm Reeves in the service department was great. Thomas was kind and communicative and so was Raul. I will happily drive down to your store from Huntington Beach.

Raul was not listening. I paid 890.00 to repair motor in door. Car came back and then they forgot to hook up lock. Had to come back another day from work and fix.
