Nate was very pleasant, but your entire shop needs to improve its game. No loaner vehicle, mechanics had no idea what they were doing (needed directions from HQ to repair my car. So they reprogrammed the entire car which would hopefully catch any problems). So far, I have found only one feature which was not restored, but I will be looking for others. And lastly, after Norm Reeves’s had my car for seven days and after several requests from me to charge my car, it was returned with only 88 miles of charge and dirty. I doubt very much that I will return to NR and I definitely cannot recommend your dealership for service.

The service rep assigned to us was extremely pushy with us. He was not friendly. Spoke down to us as if we didn’t know anything about cars. We came in for an oil change. Our car has very low mileage and Raul forced a full tune up on us based upon years not mileage. He just kept saying “it’s straight out of the book.” This pushing of additional service regardless of the wear of our vehicle appeared dishonest and as if he was working for commission. We were very disappointed in our service experience with this particular representative.
Nice to see a familiar face over the years with Raul. Motivated and reliable staff are hard to find and Raul always provides great customer care.
The service was great. The service writer Raul - fantastic. Even the Lyfts were the best. But I was looking forward to a car wash. I get with the drought that’s probably not an always anymore - but maybe a heads up. Otherwise - a solid 9.99 out of 10.
