It took entirely too long (2hrs) for an appointment of a simple oil change. Indoc 5m, bay the car 5m, change 20m, doc results 5m, debay car 5m, checkout 5m is about 45m and rounded up to full hour would still only be half of what it took. Not happy at all with the service!

Choose Volkswagen dealer close to home, wanted tires rotated, mailer coupon, from time I arrived all service staff from check in to counter staff Nathaniel Arce, polite, professional with completing my check in. Ask about Water Pump Settlement info I received, was not sure how to respond since my Arteon, 2020 may need replacement, I mentioned returning to dealership where I purchased car, Nathaniel replied all Volkswagen dealers have quality standards and customer service.
