The fab I ordered doesn’t lock the car. This is very disappointing when I was told the new fab would lock and unlock the car. Waste of money. I want my money back.

Excellent service. Friendly and was able to give additional recommendations as needed. I did not get that additional service done but I definitely took note and will be doing this as soon as possible. Friendly and professional, nothing more that you can ask for.

The service check-in associate was outstanding! The sales people working in the showroom that day were rude and all of them seemed like they were having a bad day! Definitely not a dealer o would buy a car from when I’m looking for an additional car. The sales people at Capo VW are so nice!

Every dealership I’ve been to washes your car after a service appointment. I was very disappointed that Norm Reeves does not offer that service. I’m thinking of going elsewhere for service. I was also annoyed by the countless texts, emails, call and mail that I was inundated with regarding my appointment. One text reminder is sufficient.
