Raul is a pro, great service. Takes the time to answer all questions. I have 3 other car makes and it is a miracle to get anyone in the phone and if I do they say I’m new I don’t really know. Please keep Raul happy and employed. It makes a difference. We recently switched dealerships on one of my cars for poor service and frankly not caring. You guys run a good service.

Lack of service advisors for the amount of customers coming through the service department. Raul did his best to manage a line of customers waiting both mornings I was in the dealership, however that did not mitigate his tone or abruptness when speaking me about my concerns with my car.
