It’s not about satisfaction of your service but I don’t understand why a battery replacement requires a computer setting/ adaptation something like that that the service assistance tried to explained. Paid around $200 for only labor which is not acceptable. I’d go auto zone or somewhere but I was in hurry. Anyways, not particularly with your organization maybe but I feel like I’m overpaid or up saled whenever I got a service from a dealership service. You guys need to do something to make your look more affordable in customers eyes!

Completely satisfied! We were in Irvine from out of town, for two days for my daughters athletic event and had an accident about 50mikes outside of Lake Forest. There was no point in a reservation if they didn’t even get to my car for 2 hours only to then take another hour to actually service it. There was no overview of the inspection other than suggesting that I need all new brakes rather than just brake pads. I don’t plan on returning.
