Rail was great and got me a ride to and from the dealership. When we got the car back, I noticed that the new tires were covered in white grease. I was surprised to see that they wouldn’t clean this off before returning the car to me. I went back in to bring this up to them and they had someone wipe the tires down and it was all good.
