Setting up appointment needs improvement:
-Service request - 1 year service, fix ding and scratch, carplay issues. Online portal would not allow me to add updates - tried 3 times.
-Scheduler did not know that person who fixes dings / scratches is not available on my scheduled date 10/12. I scheduled time off of work for appointment and found out service for dent/scratch needs to be re-scheduled.
Greeter, service managers were nice and professional.
Next steps for unresolved issue not satisfactory:

Why does it take so long for service when other dealers do the same work for half the time?

The clunk noise in my rear passenger side is still happening and that was the primary reason I brought it in. It is not normal.

Super high prices
I brought my car for an oil change, I paid 260 for an oil change. You guys charge 100 for check the brakes? Most companies do it for free. $40 for visual inspection? It’s so funny how you guys treat ppl that want to buy new cars like kings but as soon as we have to pay out of our pocket you guys treat ppl like ****. I asked the service guy to ask his manager to not charge me so much he said he couldn’t do anything… so pretty much I paid 260 for a simple oil change. I will never go back to your dealership
