Recall was good to go. Shuttle both ways was a positive. Only disagreement was they wouldn't t warranty a druvers sun visor. 45K car with a little under 11K miles. I also purchased the extended warranty. Several salesmen stated all parts were covered. Guess it was just a politician speech
Please have your tech guys wear gloves or wash hands before bringing a customer their vehicle. I keep wipes in my car and was disappointed that I had to wipe it down. Coming out of covid this is a nice touch to know the dealership cares. Also, my car was left for several days for repair and was covered in dust. I thought dealership ran them thru a quick wash before returning car. Finally, props and kudos to Nate for doing an amazing job. Extremely detail oriented, kept me informed, gave me a beautiful car to loan. Overall, very satisfied! Thanks

Frankly totally disappointed. Brought the car in about 6 weeks ago for standard service. Car was totally fine and wish I never brought it in to you. I was up sold tires. Yeah I know you have to upsell. They sent me pictures of some beat up tires who even knows if it was my tires now that I see how you all work. Never mind that. After I picked up the car it started making a noise which got worse and worse so we bring it back. Now they tell me the brakes need to be replaced. Oh and it will be $1000 maybe more depending on this that blah blah blah. Should have never brought the car in the first place. Once you all touched it all these costs and repairs. I get what you are doing and do not like it. I do not trust you and now I have lemon with brake issues. Oh and the repair sales person said it was a well known problem. It was never a problem until you all messed with the car. I am reminded why I should never buy a VW and was warned about this by many other friends that dumped the brand. Doubt you do anything to fix this let alone even read this.
