Service was great. We would have appreciated a loan car. It was offered two days after the car was towed. We understand that a loan car is not always available.

Great service!! Tip: if a customer doesn’t ask for a specific service please don’t assume he/she has approved said service. Sometimes people sign documents without reading them first.
We made the appointment a week in advance. We were told then it would take 4 hours. When dropping off at 8 am we were told 8 hours. At the end of the day (Friday September 9)we were told the car wouldn’t be ready until Saturday. We ended up having to leave the car until we could pick it up at 8 am on Monday. You scratched the car, (back left bumper). The car was taken off lot to detail out the scratch. I was late to work. It’s our daughter’s car we bought for her in Grad School which I maintain. Your ridiculously bad service is why.
