I like the new automated system and the electronic documentation provided. The price for regular inspection and maintenance remains high. However, I have worked with Tom Brucks for years and he is excellent. He is very knowledgeable and has great customer service. He also maintains a personal touch. Hi. I checked the bill. Is job #1 and #10 overlapped? Because when I went over your shop to do oil change, it will do the inspection as well. It seems this was double charge. Can you please check?
Also, I really don’t like the way the agent asked my daughter to do all these extra services. It was planned to do oil change so I let my daughter to help to take the car for service, but somehow the service counselor did a good job to sell her different kinds of services and it ended up a bill of almost $600.
I felt welcomed and greeted by name.
My car was serviced, some warranty issues were fixed. I’m very happy!
