Dear VW, I recently had issues with a VW Jetta 2019 that I bought used off the Normandine Irvine lot. Without getting into the specifics the important thing was that the customer service I received from Conrad the GM was A+. Raul was also A+.
I am very thankful to them especially considering that it was a very difficult fix and an also challenging time to buy a car.

Because you did nothing about my car just for flushing
A little bit of the brakes fluid $155 for labor cost and almost $40
For the part so I don’t think for this job needs labor cost $155!

I asked for the tires to be replaced. Every time I have gotten tires that would mean the same brand and and type. If not, I’ve been notified what is in stock and whether or not they should move forward. That did not happen. Instead a completely different brand was installed. Waiting to hear how this will be fixed so I can get my car back as there was no one there on Saturday who knew how to resolve this issue.

Everyone at the service center was very nice, especially Raul, but the wait time for my car to get its annual service was unacceptable. I arrived at 8:45 for a 9:15 appointment, and did not get my car back until 11:40. This seems unreasonable for a simple annual maintenance.
Raul is knowledgeable in his job and also customer servicing.
Always receive great service. Raul and Tom are very clear and helpful to get me service I need.

I pay three time for diagnostic of check engine there is no result first time ask me to clean the gasoline tank and he threw it was full hundred dollar then he say sorry not from the tank then again he asked me to change the fuel injector and I receive a car with a small heat and he told me come back again for repair because it was end of the week nobody called for this issue also on the third time also within 10 miles after I receive again the check engine coming it’s a very bad service and very bad communication a call And I keep iMessage to guide me or to ask for more solutions nobody calls and I keep a message with the operator also nobody called
