Besides your one question survey being 3 questions, I found the service very, very good and responsive.
Jimmy was very helpful and helping me decide how to proceed with my battery replacement. He let me know that with a Volkswagen dealership installation I would get a five year warranty.

Service staff was rude and condescending. He didn’t want to listen to the problem I’m facing and he was asking to pay the diagnostic fee up front before taking the car in. He pretty much tried to dismiss the issue telling me that the problem I’m facing is normal with the car model I had and recommended I don’t do diagnostics. I asked him that I just bought the car 1 month ago and this should not be the issue with the brakes this soon and asked to waive the fee since it’s a recent purchase he refused and continued to demand the fee. I had to speak with the sales manager who was kind enough to agree to waive it. Service staff then only offered me one way uber drive and I asked him then how do I come back. He started talking loud almost yelling saying I have to figure it out or I can wait but he’s not sure how long and that it might take the whole day. For real VW how do you expect your customers to go around with one way uber ride. Common sense is 2 ways ride like any other reputable car dealership.alrhough wheb he came back he said all good with brakes I feel like they found an issue fixed it and didn’t disclose as the drive now feels different. I’m a very unhappy customer.
Josue has helped me before and he is amazing. He was honest about what my car needed and very helpful. I usually don’t like to get my car serviced at other places but always know that I will be taken care of at your dealership. Thank you, Josue!
