Renato was professional and friendly, and made the entire process smooth as can be with transparent communication and he even had the car finished hours before expected. My OBD2 scanner brought up new problems as soon as I left.
Also was the first time I’ve paid over a grand at the dealership and not gotten a car wash out of it.
Prices were insane for parts. — Something like $120 to install 2 lightbulbs I replaced for 5 dollars in 3 minutes at Autozone afterwards.
Also, never picked up the VVT valve issue I knew about before coming in.
I appreciate the videos, but a simple scan tells you about the converters and then the video of the whole mid-exhaust system while stating, “recommending to replace” doesn’t tell me if I’d be paying for primary or secondary converters or whole new system. — Not to mention how nice it would’ve been to know if the o2 sensors were even checked to see if that could’ve been why both codes were suddenly showing up as well.
Whole experience felt like a low effort shakedown with a smile.
Came in with a leaking tire and they took all day to replace the valve, only for it now to be leaking MORE. putting me in danger. Horrible service and will never come back. An embarrassment to VW.

Renato was so considerate of my concerns and clearly explained my service needs. He worked to expedite parts and lower costs. In addition, he had some horrible scratches buffed out. Despite being 13 years old, my beatle looks like new! I am very pleased!
I am extremely dissatisfied with Renato's service. He refused to put the repair under rightful warranty. His communication was sparce, confusing, and unresponsive. His diagnosis almost made me pay $3600 to replace perfectly fine sensors. Renato tried to charge me $600 to remove my bumper, only to leave scratches and scuffs on it. Then he passed the project on to Sam at the collision center, and I BET he'll deny the scratches were from his end.
On the other hand, Sam, from the collision center, was extremely helpful and great to work with. He will be repainting the bumper for free, cleaning up Renato's mess.
I am extremely disappointed with this service and will likely never bring my vehicles back here. I intend to contact corporate to report my experience.

Rigo is the best service advisor Ive ever dealt with. Period.
We are still observing the car now after the repair was done. Hopefully everything will be fine. Though we are grateful that they were able to squeeze us in to their schedule in just a day of booking for an appointment due to an alarming sound and vibration coming from the front left side of the car.

I wasn’t going to voice my complaint regarding my visit to your service department on Monday but was sent this email asking about my experience.
I made an appointment for my new 2024 Atlas with 12,000 miles on it. I’ve been experiencing a braking noise when coming to a slow stop.
The service rep explained that the brakes weren’t covered under warranty and that the inspection cost $49.95. I reluctantly agreed. I was also told the wait would be about 2 hours, but maybe sooner. After 2.5 hours, I was told it would be another 30 minutes. When the car was finished, I was told that the sound the brakes make is normal and happens a lot on the Atlas. (I wish I was told this in the beginning) In addition, they did not rotate the tires as I had asked because they forgot to do it on its first service. I had to wait another 30 minutes to have them take it back in to rotate the tires. Rigo felt bad for me and cut the service call price by $20.00.
So, I paid 29.95 to wait for 3.5 hours to be told this is normal and to rotate the tires which they forgot to do last time.
I just was not very happy with the whole experience.
