Renato has been my service advisor for years and I’m always happy to work with him. He is honest, straightforward, to the point. I also liked the inspection report available online and in video format. Andrew the technician did also a great job explaining the findings which were well detailed on the final paperwork as well about what job was done. As an engineer I greatly appreciated all this. Well done, both Renato and Andrew. I’ll be happy to work with Renato in the future as well.

I had to leave my car overnight for 4 days. I received no updates from the representative and I had to call each day for updates because I really need my car. I had to take days off from work due to no transportation. He estimated that my car will be done on the 2nd day. It was not the case, my car ended up in the shop for 4 days. This representative provided me no services as I had to call each day for updates on my car and he was rude when I called for updates. I feel he shouldn’t be in a customer services. I am sure you will not see me going there again, I will take my future car repair to other locations and I am sure not recommending anyone there either.

I was scheduled for a recall repair that the dealer was not able to complete. My morning was wasted by having to drive to the dealer and then having to Uber back since the dealer only provides one way rides. Total waste of my time. The information as to when I could have these repairs completed was tentative and vague. I opted for contacting a different dealer and had the recall completed there. They were upfront with the recall timeline, provide transportation both ways and provided a loaner car while repairs were being completed.
