I contacted your VW location with the help of the VW call center. I was out of town and heading back to Palm Springs with my 7 yr old daughter when my vehicle had three different warning lights go off and I was concerned about our safety driving home. I’m very grateful to Adrian for being so profesional and taking the time to assist me and address my concerns about my vehicle. It only took him less than two hrs. I was able to make it to my best friends wedding on time. Your team was able to assist and provide the confidence to drive home safely.
