Raul is the best! He went out of his way to make sure that I had everything I needed while the car was being serviced. He even had a shuttle arranged to drop me off at home when the car was in. Raul also kept me updated on the progress on the car throughout the entire process. He even fixed a recall on the car that I didn’t know about. Thank you so much Raul and Norm Reeves!! You guys really are the greatest!

Was informed and advised of my vehicle status on a timely basis.
Not 1 of my vehicle issues was resolved still have every 1 in fact 10 mij before I got this text yesterday the major issue witch is now a safety issue in my eyes happened again feel like vehicle is stuck in high gear and start off slow crawl speed. Navigation issues still there phone connections still there was told may have update in few weeks after last night car has me worried if safe to drive.. the people were nice and friendly and shuttle service was nice dropped off car at 9 am got it back at almost 4 pm I should have gotten a loner car when keeping for so long..but main concern after reading notes was since unable to replicate issues I addressed even with photo of warnings I got from vehicle system im considering contacting Volkswagen soon first to resolve or attorney if not corrected soon.
My service experience with Raul was excellent. My only question is what happened to the car wash and interior vacuuming? Do you guys no longer provide that as part of the service experience?
