I was misled my representative (not Raul) that the Multi-Point Inspection is not included but only a vision check, as I was planning to use the Service Offer which show Multi-Point Inspection, and charged additional $60 when the coupon I had included Oil-Change with Complementary Multi-Point Inspection.
