Raul is the BEST! EVERYONE gives me crap for going to the dealer, but I trust the team at Norm Reeves VW irvine completely. They have never made me feel stupid, they have respected my financial concerns and situations. I have wanted a Beatle since my barbie had one when I was 5. Its my dream car. Even though he is getting a bit Persnicity, I am not ready to give him up. I love that I have a place to take him (yes he is a him) for the best service around. The service department failed to do the first service within reasonable timeline and it was not complete. The oil level after the oil change was way below the minimum level and had to be adjusted at pick up time. The color sealant was not used on the car and..........

I had an appointment, what's the point of an appointment if it takes over 4 hours to check an engine light.
Raul was very efficient, and he provided me with a list of factory recommended services to be done. I wasn’t pressured to get all the services done. I chose to decline changing the cabin air filter, and that was that. He was always courteous and polite.
