Tom always takes good care of my Beetle and me. He facilitates the work being done and actively communicates with me the progress so I can plan accordingly. He is very honest and upfront about repairs & is proactive in getting me a rental vehicle if he foresees the car being worked on for more than a day.

Thomas was great, checked me in for what should have been a routine first 10,000 service, oil change & the tire rotation ($24.99 which should still be free VW!) Thomas came back about an hour in to tell me that my rear brakes had worn unevenly. It might be another few hours but I waited. They dropped me off at a local eatery and not long after my return Thomas advised that the brake issue was resolved at no charge. My only suggestion, get the coffee/ tea maker fixed & more healthy snack options.
