Your automated system stated I had missed my appointment when in fact I had checked in at 7:15. Having checked in early for an oil change the car was done at 1:45. At 1:25 enroute to pick up per be staff I receive a call about a bad battery. I believe my car was not touched until 1 pm!

Job as always was very well done, Raul as always is an excellent professional. However, hours after I got the car, tire low pressure icon went off, even after tire rotation and verification.

It took a bit of time to fix. But Raul and the Norm Reeves service department wanted to ensure the problem with my new ID4’s AC was really fixed this time. So far, so good, hopefully it’ll be a long time before I need service at Norm Reeves VW.
