I’d like to say that David gave me 5star treatment but I would like to give the entire team kudos. David, Raul and Felipe all assisted me and were super nice. I’ve been getting service done at this location for several years and this has been the best team and experience I’ve had. They made me feel like they enjoy their work and helping customers. I’ll see them again soon.

David was really helpful, I was disappointed that he said he would call me back by end of day on Wednesday but never did.
Also, not David's fault, but McKenna VW always gives a courtesy car wash when working on any vehicle. I received my car back in an incredibly dirty condition. There were water spots all over my car. I know nobody can control the weather, but my car was clean when I sent it in and it's clear it was stored overnight outside, which again, is fine, but I wish Norm Reeves VW would do at least a wash down.
Seems like a simple thing to make customers a lot happier. Also not a great look to take a dirty, water-spot-heavy car off the lot in front of customers shopping for iD.4's.
Paul was very helpful and thorough in his explanations. Made me feel that all avenues were looked at and they came to the right conclusion.
My service manager was excellent. He was sincere and communicated well. The issue was actually the service. I arrived on time for my appt at 9:30. I was told it should take about 2 hours, worst case 3 hours. I left 4 hours later. I don’t know if you overbooked, we’re short handed, or what. But a basic service took too long. One question I had was specifically the brake pads. They were checked, but I now have more life left than I did at the 60k service! I think my technician might have been the issue I think going forward I will be going to Garden Grove VW for service. Not sure what has happened to your service department, but something is off.
