I'm sorry for buying a car from you. When I bought the car from you, it had been used for 18,000 miles. When the car comes off the lease and wants to be sold, should some accessories be updated? Such as changing brake pads, brake oil, broken tires, filters, etc. Today, they are telling me that you have to change them, and I have to pay for all of this. First, the Iranian who sold me a car said that he will give you a free app to charge electricity, then it turned out that he is lying and this car is not included, why is he lying? Your staff destroys the name of Volkswagen because of money. Today, they don't even do a normal wash for my car. This is what all the dealers do. I worked with Hyundai and Nissan for several years and I was really satisfied with them. Unfortunately, I was deceived by the name of Volkswagen.

Felipe was awesome. I think your pricing is very high but Felipe was great. Pricing is an issue. As I look into parts and labor I could have saved hundreds going somewhere else. Felipe tried to do what he could and his detail was great.
