Never got any updates with out having to call in even though i was told I would be contacted by end of day. Ask for loaner and said they would look but again was never contacted. When I called to ask I was told I could get one next day but never got contacted for one.

David was amazing first off. Secondly, I am not happy that the onus of taking care of the warranty on the tire is in my hands? My husband feels like it’s the dealership that should be handling that he’s not happy. Also, this is the second tire we bought on this car and we’re just leasing it which is another reason my husband‘s not happy about handling the warranty on a bulge on a tire, further, you don’t even have 30,000 miles on it yet

I am completely satisfied with the replacement of four tires and alignment on my ID.4. However, I also brought the car in to resolve the battery recall, but the dealership was not yet prepared to perform that service.
