David did an excellent job communicating with me as to the status of the AC repair on my car. He was genuinely concerned that this was the third time the car had been in for non-cooling AC. I know from experience that AC leaks are sometimes difficult to find and fix. He informed me of what the technician had found and fixed. Hopefully this takes care of it.
Felipe was great. He was courteous and kept me informed of the status. I would definitely be looking for him next time.

First off, bought my car at Norm Reeves a year ago. Was happy with the sale and service. However, brought my car in from a simple system update recall and replacement trunk latch for my 2019 Tiguan. Brought my car in at 10am and didn’t get it back until 4pm the following day. No updates were given and I had to call to check on the status. A courtesy vehicle should be given for any recall and especially repairs covered under warranty. Not a ride share. 2/5 review.

Great service and communication
The service that I experienced was entirely unacceptable. I had an appointment scheduled during my lunch hour. I was told that “the guys” were going to lunch and that they wouldn’t be starting on it until they came back. Had I been told this prior to making the appointment I would have scheduled for a different time. I had to take a Lyft back to work, then back again to pick up my car. When I came back to the service area my car was not ready, this was 4 hours after dropping it off. I waited another hour before it was finished. The personnel working the counter was unprofessional and downright rude. I will NOT ever bring my car back to this dealership for service. I’m upset that I even bought the car from here.
