Felipe and the service team had kept me up to date throughout the process and took care of all the issues with my car.
Felipe was patient and tried his best to deliver a satisfactory experience for me while I navigated repairs for my vehicle. 5 Star service on his part.
The service was not at the time it was promised. So it caused lots of headache for me. They lost my key for a few hours and this resulted in my service not done on time. I had to use Uber to get home and use my wife car for a few days.
Not happy!
Everyone was so friendly and professional. It to mention the service was so quick. Such a nice surprise! Also, the waiting area and restrooms were clean and nice! Thank you for a pleasurable experience.
My car was delivered on 6/23 and only completed on 6/27.
Although the part needed to be ordered I was initially advised it would take 1 day to order the part and it took longer.
I called numerous times to get a progress update and my services manager had to enquire each time with the technician. The service manager needs to to be in the know especially when the service is taking longer than initially estimated.
I was surprised when I saw the bill. It cost $500 of labor to install a $100 part. This equates to 2.5hrs @ $250 an hour. I think $250/hr is very excessive. Knowing the cost of labor I’m still trying to process how you can charge a mechanic out at $250/hour.
Felipe was great. I didn't have an appointment but he got me in and got it done.
James was a complete professional. I’ve been around as an “old man” and James is an employee you want to keep!

Would have loved to have the car washed with the 10k service however your people are terrific.

The whole process was too slapdash. Warranty labor was added to my final invoice. Quoted price for oil change was not respected. I had to ask for corrections. Thankfully, the bill was corrected without much fuss.
Also, my car was there for 2 days for an oil change and troubleshooting of a starter fault. Practically nothing got done on the first day and they never found the root cause of the starter fault. Very poor scheduling and inefficient use of time
Felipe was genuinely happy to be at his job, which makes a difference. He also explained things clearly and was personable, and fast! If there's any sort of kudos or other "thank you for making us look good" perk you give employees, he should, without doubt, get one as he was, in a word - ideal!
Felipe made the whole process smooth and convenient. It was a very pleasant experience.
