Hands down best customer service I have recieved in my visits to Norm Reeves. Felipe was absolutely wonderful!! He was helpful, efficient...good communication. You should consider him an important asset to your customer service department.

He quickly assessed the problem and sorted ordering the part. He was so honest and friendly. He could have said I need to replace all four sensors but realizing it would be over 1,000 he gave me the option to replace the one with the problem.
Took my car in to be serviced on June 26 - June 30th. Found Starbucks trash, tools, and a smoked **** of marijuana in my car. The car was given back to me completely covered in dirt and debris. I’m having it professionally detailed to rid of the remnants. Amongst the detailing we found these items.
We made a 7:30 am appointment for a simple oil change. We met our service advisor and informed him that we are here early so we can get done early? Felipe gave us a very vague response and he said it could take 2-3 hours for an oil change? He also wasn’t aware of your dealership specials and we wanted me to send him proof of your advertising specials? We returned at 10:00 just to hear him our car is not ready and to wait for his notification??? Very frustrating to deal with him because he gives you that “my way or the Highway” attitude.. will try to avoid visiting him in the future!
Felipe was amazingly friendly, informative and professional. He kept me informed about the progress of my cars service status and was on top or arranging uber cars to take me home and picking
me up when my car was ready. Great experince.

My main concerns were never resolved or even addressed. The worst service I have ever received. I will be taking my business back to garden grove VW. Felipe was great he did his part. Spoke to the manager and he was zero help and wasn’t interested in doing a single thing to resolve my issues or even try to make it better. I’m trying to get in touch with the corporate office to voice my concerns and inform them of the terrible experience I had. This feeling is very unsettling.

I was very unhappy with my experience. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and was made to believe I could pick up my car that night. The following day was still made to believe I could possibly get my car on Wednesday but was offered a loaner car in the mean time which I almost turned down since I thought my car would be done soon. It was not until Friday afternoon WHEN I CALLED because no employee had been updating me, I found out the AC machine VW uses has been broken and they have not even touched my AC yet. The lack of communication and blatant dishonesty was so disappointing. I did not receive my car until Wednesday. Not only did I receive my car, (barely fixed as I was told they put dye in my AC because they still aren’t sure the cause), my car was filthy from sitting in dust at your shop and had bird poop on my side. So I did not even receive a complimentary wash for it sitting there for a week. Being pregnant and dealing with all of this, was truly too much and I will be letting all my friends know this service at VW was truly horrible.
I would like to acknowledge, Ariel Gomez. He is amazing, with great customer service, and professionalism. He updated me on all the issues that my vehicle had.
