Good communication. When I couldn’t see the described problem in the photo Ureil was kind enough to enlarge the photo for me and resend via email so as i could see the issue.
I believe this is one of the best customer services I have ever had. The gentleman, sorry I forgot his name, was willing to resolve the issue in timely manner even if I did not make an appointment due to the miscommunication with the front desk. What I like was the most was he was trying to help;
Plus, he resolved the issue quickly and nice enough to explain what the issue was and how he repaired. Definitely 5 star services.

I have been a loyal customer of Norm Reeve service for my Atlas since 2018. Unfortunately, my experience with Norm Reeve service is getting worse over the past 6 years.
