3 hour wait for just computerizing my new key.
I was very disappointed with the service and Ethan’s lack of follow up. I had brought my ID4 in because the compartment that opens to charge the car kept on opening. After l picked up my car Ethan told me that the technician could find anything wrong with it. I told Ethan that it will probably happen again since nothing was fixed or corrected. I didn’t care for the way he addressed my concerns when I told him that it will happen again. The next day the compartment door opened again while I was driving and I left a message with Ethan’s voice mail to call me back but got no follow up call. Very disappointing and I would like to take this up with his manager in service.

I disapprove with the way things went on Saturday 7/15/23. When Adrian was in the service department i was always given a loan vehicle and asked to bring it back after being told it would be longer than a day for service. I would even let them know I would be waiting for the car during service. I.d.k what happened that there are now an entirely new service guys but i wish Adrian was back.
Too me i dont like certain people at VW n i believe they only care about money and not the needs of the person.
My Taos is a lemon and i will be looking into the lemon law

The staff was extremely helpful and fast at responding. Felipe was kind and considerate. However, I paid extensively for my car to be fixed. It was in your possession for two weeks and I continuously asked for a loaner and never received one. That is not acceptable when a job takes two weeks to not be provided with a loaner. Again that is a management issue not a wrong doing on Felipe or any service member besides management.
Would have liked a loaner offered.
