Filipe was awesome. He worked very hard to get our battery issue resolved. Some of your company policies are not very customer friendly. In our case, the lane warning lights quit working after the battery died. In order to get them fixed it would cost us a small fortune on top of the $400 for a new battery. Seems to me the warning lights should have been reset with the rest of the car’s electrical system, not treated as a separate issue. So now we have no lane change warning lights.

Ethan was fantastic. He was professional and his communication was on-point. He called me 3 times to update me on the services that needed to be done on my car and time it would be ready. We are traveling to TX at the end of July and I had let Ethan know. He pointed out that the brake pads were low and needed to be changed and also let me know that the warranty would be running out in a couple of months and would be advantageous to change them now.
This young man is very engaging and talented and his customer service skills are very high. He understands how to delight his customers.
Please give this young man a raise! He deserves it. Very pleased with how well he took care of me.
