I’ve started to enjoy it when my car breaks down just so I can deal with him.
He’s such a kind, helpful, and honest person.
He helped me once before on Christmas Eve — which is a really busy time — when my check engine light came on. He helped me and reset it even though I showed up without an appointment.
This time, I didn’t even know I had rewards in my account — he told me and helped apply them toward the payment.
He also helped me rent a car for a day until mine was ready — at a very affordable price — and it was an amazing car, a 2024 Ford Escape. He finished my car quickly so I didn’t need to extend the rental for another day.
Eduardo is a very intelligent and professional service advisor who makes sure that he takes very good care of your vehicle. He provides updates as required for your vehicle if the mechanics discover any additional issues beyond those discussed during your check-in. Worst experience of my life at a dealership..wasted 3 hours due to Rafael not letting the people working on my car that the insurance didn’t want to pay the fees so I waited 3 extra hours for my car and I missed a very important event due to such stupidity. If he had done his job and not been stuffing his face with candy (which he did as I walked in) then I’d have saved so much time and energy. Also my car was left extremely filthy and there is a chip under my right headlight on the paint that was NOT there before and I will be going back tomorrow to get that straightened out I hope to never deal with norm reeves super store again after that. Thank you for wasting my time ????

You obviously don't really want feedback. Crystal was GREAT but the overall process and experience continue to be ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. I thought waiting for a doctor or dentist APPOINTMENT was painful but you've managed to take "appointment" to a whole new level. Looking forward to the additional survey although nothing seems to change. Feel free to call, unless you're just going to give excuses.
