The AC stopped working when we drove the car home. When I brought it back a week later they said it has nothing to do with the service. Then they looked under the hood and said the Freon is leaking. The AC fine when took the car in for service. I’m not going do service at this Ford anymore. I love the car. Not the Ford service!!!

Swollen lug nuts is what they diagnost, they couldn't preform the tire rotation as in the service, not believing what I heard i researched and found information through ford that this is mainly caused by technicians using the wrong tools or the wrong method of removing the luggage nuts, so with that said norm reeves has been the only one that has done the last 5 tire rotations that now can't be done until the lug nuts have been replaced at a cost not covered by any of the 2 warranties I have on this vehicle, so after speaking with edwardo about this he offered no ther solution than for me to purchase the lug nuts, I have had this vehicle serviced by NR since I purchased it and there was always issues with the warranties and how to read or bill because there were 3 certified used, factory, and maintenance warranties. So I was very disappointed to see we are back at this again.
So I will no longer be using you for service and will take my business elsewhere, I have bought my last 3 of 4 cars from Norm reeves cerritos and will shop elsewhere.
I am not satisfied with the outcome of the findings of the vehicle I purchased less than 3 months ago. I understand that I purchased the car as is!: However, the car has major that needs to be done not minor. I am a single parent and recently retired teacher and my funds are very limited. To be quoted over 2000 dollar to repair this car is unbelievable. My family and I have purchased cars from Norman Reeves in the past with no problem until now. My 90 mom purchased a car and her car had issues and I purchased a car on the same day that have issues. I am done purchasing cars from Norman Reeves!! I will seek help from an outside source for help. This makes no sense. I am very disappointed.I paid cash for a lemon!!!
As a 80 yr old lady the pickup and delivery was perfect. The two young valets were very professional. I definitely appreciatedd Alejandra keeping me informed.
