My service experience was exceptional with Rudolph Wilson, my husband and I own a small business with all ford vehicles, and although we live in Az we do business here in California and will most definatly be bringing all of our vehicles to Mr Wilson for all of our service needs he was very professional and very knowllegible.

There was absolutely no communication throughout most of the process despite my best efforts to call and text. It took a day longer than I was originally told and again there was no communication to let me know what was happing. I appreciate the work that was done to my vehicle but the service was an easy 0/10. Please work on how you communicate with your customers.
Eduardo, went above and beyond in time of crisis for my one vehicle household. I was stress but he over delivered. Have him train everyone on customer service.

Eduardo was extremely professional and made up for all mishaps and lack of communication with Rudy. Rudy really fumbled this one and Eduardo picked up the ball and scored. Not only was he extremely communicative but he also made sure I understood exactly what was going on and what the timeline would be. An issue that initially took almost 3 months to resolve through Rudy took Eduardo less than 5 business days. Love the service!

I’ve taken the vehicle twice for the same problems including video proof and all I have been told is that they need to replicate the problems while they have the vehicle. Driving 23 miles in 2 weeks hardly applies as regular driving to put vehicle in the same driving conditions to try to replicate and the my question still applies, after you replicate the problem then what? You can’t figure a solution with codes showing and video proof showing the problems, what is replication going to fix……
