I had 4 different issues and one recall. All were taken care of and I’m extremely happy with the whole service process. The valet pickup and delivery is a great service.

Upon paying for services, i was told that my rear brakes should be done. I wish i would have received a call when this was discovered and i would have had them done

Eduardo Millan is my Service Advisor and has always done an excellent job of keeping me in the loop as to my service status, etc.. He gives me great advice as to which services I am due for and the reasoning behind it. He is the best service advisor I have had in all the years (since 2016)that I have had my truck serviced at Norm Reeves Ford.
Emma from the service concierge department is above perfection. EMMA refused to give up when she got my wrong contact information from the front desk and she got in touch with me same to book the appointment.

Crystal rivera treated us very well and was really nice when trying to help us but there was a little mistake with fixing the trucks issue that caused us to have to call again and have to take the truck to the shop again.
