Rudy is always very helpful. Had the opportunity to meet Dominic the service manager who has an open door policy if I have an issue. He’s always friendly and willing to assist to. My service was good. But it would be nice if they could expedite and get me out a little sooner.

Yall did not cover a simple warranty issue. Your techs had a ton of unreasonable excuses for not doing work to my Bronco.Nothing got fixed, including a recall issue. My wife an I had to call for updates. We drove a rental for 4 days that we had to pay for ourself. I felt completely not valued as a customer.the only reason I got my Bronco back was because my wife and I came in to get updated on the vehicle. Nobody had given us a call or text or email with any update for the four days that the bronco was with yall. This is the reason why most people do not want to bring their vehicle to a dealship, is because the lack of care that goes into a customer's situations. I use to refer people to this Ford Dealer to buy vehicles. I am a four time buyer of vehicles at this dealership. Due to this experience I had with the service department working on my vehicle, I will no longer be buying future vehicles from this dealer and will no longer refer anyone to Ford in Cerritos.

Mike was an excellent service writer. He was very attentive understanding my needs and kept me informed on the progress in fixing my car.

Rudy and the team are excellent. Rudy has handled my truck on previous occasions. He is the best. But, the team is terrific too.
