Andrew was friendly but respectful. Communicated well and listened to my issue. Tried to reach me a number of times to let me know my car was ready when he was unaware I was having phone issues. Offered the drop off / pick up service which was greatly appreciated and the car wash. I have not been back in years because of a Ford problem I experienced, not an issue with the service department but it still made me not want to have any dealings with anything associated with Ford. Andrew’s service and demeanor have changed my mind about that and I will consider coming back for service in the future
Rafael was very pleasant to work with. He greeted me as a friend when I arrived, politely open the door for me when the initial service request was written. Correctly predicted the amount of time the service would take and reviewed the service technicians notes with me during the pick up process.
Rafael was straight forward with my request for servicing my Ford Fusion, suggesting that the support I was requesting would be best performed after the holidays. Very pleased to work with Rafael and would like to continue working with him in the future.

No I went for a brake service that I previously requested. And that service was not performed ( even tho I already upfront payment service since I bought my car) now I feel not safe driving , on top of that I’m not having the time to go there every day to get it done. I’m completely unsatisfied
Richard was very understanding throughout the whole process, sadly the price was just to high for me, so they stopped working on my car washed it up for me and i went to pick it up

Happy with the Service Advisor, Rudy Wilson, but had a couple of hiccups in communication throughout the 3 days my vehicle was in the Service department.
