After having a really bad service at ford dealership f Glendale we came to norms reeves of Cerritos ,and what a difference!! I appreciate the concierge service picking up my car however, my car was in the shop for two days and then returned to me without even a charged top off so I had about 40% charge.. I think going the extra mile and returning it with the car wash or vacuum out and certainly a charged top off would've been nice

After I left my unit, some questions arose, so I sent an email to Rafael, but he didn't reply. Then I left messages, but he didn't call me back either. I had to call, and the person who answered resolved my questions. I am dissatisfied with their technician who wrote that the sound my transmission is making is normal. I'm going to take it to another Ford dealership.

I recently had service done to my vehicle on Jan 23 I requested to Fernando Bretado that I needed an oil change and tire rotation. The tire rotation was not completed. I spoke with Fernando who told me I needed new tires. I am scheduled to return my lease this year and see no reason to purchase new tires at this time. I paid for a service that wasn’t done.

When I dropped off my vehicle, my original advisor made me aware that it might be in service for 3 days. In all, my vehicle was there 11 days. My advisor let me know a couple days later that he’d be going on vacation and that someone else would be my advisor. That advisor didn’t make me aware of what the diagnostic on my vehicle showed until 7 days later and that was because I called and texted repeatedly until I was able to get a hold of someone. Once I was finally able to get my car back I noticed sticky residue on my center console. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service and the lack of communication I received over the 11 days. I will be asking for some sort of compensation.
