Well when I went to go pick up my first car the Ford Edge Sport it was brought up to the front with a different wheel on it from a newer Ford Explorer a 20” wheel and not the 22” Sport Rim which was very shocking to me. Then I noticed that both my cars had received damage underneath on the pinch welds by being lifted up from there and the Sheetmetal had damage on both. Not sure they didn’t use the proper Ford a service tool as body shops use them. I was upset and very disappointed that this would occur at a Ford Dealership and to know that I have spend my own money to repaint underneath the rocker molding on my own time and expense to fix what was damaged on my wife’s 2013 Ford Edge Sport. I have (4) Ford vehicles and undecided to take my cars back or to contact Ford direct in this matter.
Dealership was able to diagnose and make the necessary repairs in a pleasantly nice time. I took on my car on a Saturday and got a message that the car was ready on Wednesday.

Truck was delivered back to me with oil/grease on the center console, floor mat and door sill plate. I know this happens but it should be cleaned before delivery.
I was completely satisfied and actually surprised at how friendly everyone was at the dealership. The customer service was exceptional in my opinion. I definitely will be back. Thank you!
